Victor is just as much the killer as Charlotte is. Without him, Charlotte is just a lame M1 killer that sleeps occasionally. Give the tiny man a tiny crown, NOW!

If legion can get two crown so can the twin. He also need a birthday hat in celebration of the anniversary.

I would be so happy to see this, he needs this as well as should be able to get other cosmetics.

i only get frank crown this year... (i even tryed to play with Julie default skin... and still not get her crown)
