A Truce
For the duration of the event...
Survivors will get:
Crowns
All pallets dropped on the killer
All totems cleansed
All generators done
Hatch
Both doors opened
Killers will get:
Crowns
2 hooks on all survivors
All pallets/walls broken
To signify the agreement to this Truce the party must Ready and Unready when in the lobby.

I'm not into full fledge farming matches, but I must say I never wanted to watch the entity (or Nea, whichever she wants called) do horrid things to most of the Killers and Survivors I'm having the "fortune" of playing with.
Only positive is I'm getting the true horrid experience of the Survivors crowns done first. Then it will be easy, no effort of the century for the Killer ones since I won't even need to see a Survivor to get it. Lol.

Donโt worry I gotch you homie. So far Iโve got the crowns for Dwight, Meg, Blendy, Jake, Ace, Nea, David, Feng, Jane, Kate.. I may have left a few out but also have lots of killer ones finished up as well.

It'd be pretty cool if we could signal "FARM GAME?" somehow. That way people who want a regular game can back out, and people who want to farm can do that.

Sadly it wouldn't even take a day for the inherent scumbags to abuse that too, whichever side.
I have never seen a better scene for the phrase "That's why we can't have nice things!" than dbd atm.
Neither side wants to back down to ease up and ultimately discourages even the last of the "nice" people to either join the wheel of doom or quit.

Yeah give them anonymity and take away most fear of prosecution and they will show you how they really can be. As if none of them had a proper education/upbringing. ๐ฉ

Same, I had a game where it was 5 cakes. I let them get all their farming out of the way first. After the final gen is done I start hooking them. Standing there, letting them unhook to show I am not going to kill them. Nodding.
They all start flashlighting me after the first 2 hooks, then all escape. Took lots of restraint to not go crazy on the next group. This events testing me greatly. I wish we could talk pre game.

IIRC last time during this event, there were a decent chunk of people complaining because "I want normal games I don't care about your crowns and bloodpoints! Stop trying to farm or look for crowns I'm trying to play!"
Some peopel want to be jerks especially during an event and especially when it hurts the other side. "us vs them" strikes again.
It really is just up to the players in that match what happens.
I usually play way more killer than usual to let the survivors have an easier time during these events since I have complete control over my side, but I'm not playing right now with the way console is preforming so not this time I guess.

I'm still lost on when the developers said the crowns were the challenge that unlocked the two skins. I've never heard that and I saw their article on the website and I've been watching twitter, nothing.
