"community goal"
What's the point of a community goal for Wraith and Davids skins especially one where you cant even monitor how close or far the community is to completing it. Has the count even started? are they counting anything at all? If someone can inform me on the point of this community goal and give a reason why it even needed to exist at all that'd be cool

I'm 99% sure there is no community goal. They will give the skins away eventually, no matter what. They just say "community goal" to encourage people to play the game and search for crowns.

I wonder how they even manage to get statistics on anything at this rate.

Do you know Hunt Showdown? That game had a awesome Community and Anniversary Event..

To give the illusion of working towards something. I remember Garden warfare 2 used to do community challenges often and would give you a real time counter for them

Oh yeah I remember killing crows in the masses but with that event it was way more interactive. You got tangible points while in match and you were able to see the bar going up. That community event definitely had its issues with numbers but it was leagues better then this one

Yeah that's pretty much where I'm at.

They can track this kind of stuff, they did it before with the bubba reveal by having a community goal but we failed then they revealed bubba anyways lmao.

So again I ask what the hells the point? If you cant even track it how do we even know where we are? Its so pointless.

Its my favorite BR personally as its slower then games like apex or fortnite but its also fast enough to not be boring, its also not punishing enough to make me rage or quit for the day every time I lose but still rewarding enough to be very satisfied after a win. I say that but I havent been playing the last couple months much since i've been on a pretty rough losing streak for awhile less of a game thing and more of a me thing so i'd give it a try if you like western shooters and BRs

Its AWESOME. It got battle royale elements but isnt neccesary a battle royale game.
You and 11 other Hunters try to find clues to track down a boss targed to get his bounty but everywhere are different monsters like zombie like enemys and other stuff. You also have to watch out for other players since they will kill you if they get a chance.
You can play the game in solos, duos and trios and the game got proximity chat, meaning you can even talk with your enemys.
The game also got the BEST sound system EVER and sound is also extremy important.
EVERYTHING makes noises, evem the smalles steps and you have to use these things to your advantage and track your enemys down.
Sadly it also got some console problems, but its not even near as bad as DBD with optimization, which is weird since the game is one of the best looking games ever, especially on PC.

You certainly sell the game play well. Thanks!

Placebo effect. They say they are doing something that they can do without really making any effort or use resources outside of the department responsible for skin creating and implementation.

It feels like a pretty pathetic attempt at boosting playtime or an attempt at ham fisting a new useless objective to do.
