Sincerely, anyone who's ever pre-dropped a pallet super early and still been hit because latency/VPNers or people who've lost grabs that could've potentially been what won them matches
These two are such great changes and I'm very thankful for their inclusion. More like this, please.

Oh yeah i love this im tired of hitting the killer with the pallet and even get the stun notification and still get hit. Grabs i hate patting the survivors shoulder for 30 seconds before they run away.

Hold your horses, you seem to have overlooked that part: "This is similar to how hit validation works now."
And we all know how bad Hit Validation currently works. So I would not be that excited until I have seen how it works.
Also: They make a paragraph to explain Latency and STILL it is not possible to see the Killers Ping in the Lobby...

I mean it's more so the fact they recognised that these are things that are still happening and are at least trying to address them directly rather than doing what they did before with the umbrella 'hit validation' thing
If it doesn't work, then it doesn't work and it'll be criticised but the issue has at least been addressed and acknowledged directly.

Sure, under this aspect, it is good. But I am pretty pessimistic on this topic, given the fact that Hit Validation has not really done anything meaningful.

I would say Hit validation has done some small things, mostly taking hits away from killers under certain circumstances. There's a clip where Otz hits someone who was exposed on like the last second and on his screen they went down but the server said they didn't so the survivor was still up and running. Pretty sure it cost him the match lol
It's not hugely noticeable though, I agree.

We haven't yet seen how those changes will actually play out, praising them for work we've not yet seen the quality of is premature and not deserved.

I'm thankful that these issues are at least being acknowledged and plan to be addressed.
I'm not saying praise for work that hasn't been done, I'm saying that I'm personally thankful that the issues have been recognised instead of ignored like many others.

My issue is people are happy when they acknowledge thing whitout fixing it. That show that the community are happy with the bare minimum so they have no reason to push themself to make the game better

I simply wanted to express my thanks for acknowledging an issue which has plagued my (and presumably many others) gameplay experience for some time. A direct acknowledgement

They aren't fixing grabs they are just making it so you don't get utterly cucked when the server NOPES you. Now you will at least M1 instead of a back rub but you won't get the grab still. Also the pallet change worries me, it's needed for high ping players but if anyone thinks they will add it into the game in a fair and working manor then they are a fool.

Grabs have been the bane of my existence since dedicated servers. 99% of the time when they fail, all I wanted to do in the first place was swing my weapon, so I'm very happy and excited about the temporary fix that turns failed grabs into a hit.

But that one laggy clown still does hit you through the map lol

I seriously hope grabs do work, I rarely get them at windows and it's like I'm helping them through lol. Gens though are the bane of my existence with grabs, very rarely work and mostly taken away from me.
