The changes to Hex: Crowd Control sounds great. Why hasn’t Hex: Blood Favour been revisited?
So Blight had significant fixes and changes to his base kit and add ons since his release (bugs still need to be addressed), and Hex: Undying got a much deserved, and fair nerf.
But why have the devs not looked over Dragon’s Grip, or Hex: Blood Favour?
Personally, Dragon’s Grip probably doesn’t need changes, but I’m astonished that SOMETHING hasn’t been changed about Blood Favour. I don’t think it’s as weak as many claim, but it certainly isn’t useful in most cases it activates in many maps.
Could it be that because it may be used so infrequently that they simply don’t have enough data to make balancing decisions on Blood Favour?

I think they just forgot about its existence

I honestly forgot that was a perk

It might be a while before Blight's chapter is revisited. They are starting with Trickster meaning the next mid-chapter will likely be RE Chapter revisit.
The rest of the chapter appears to be trying to fix some latency issues plus the mid chapter will likely have fixes to issues caused by the RE chapter as well.

When TheClownIsKing says your niche perk sucks, you know something's wrong.

Haha 😂
I’m guessing I’m seen as some sort of niche perk expert now, huh?

I ain't seen anyone else sing Visionary's praises, is all i'm gonna say.

I’ll choose to take this as a compliment then.
I couldn’t have been more grateful to have Visionary and Open Handed the one and only time I’ve been in RCPD.

Stacked together in the pile of "We'll touch this perk in another time(never), until then, ######### you"
Don't they have number of how used a certain perk is used? I'm pretty sure if it does, it's sitting in the bottom of 1%, and only because people like to meme around sometimes, otherwise that would be way lower.

I still remember when we got to see the 0.06% used on Deja Vu.
######### was hilarious.

probably

Which shocks me because with the amount of games I’m in where the other red rank idiots 3 gen us all, way more players should be using Déjà Vu.

because that perk is borderline OP on nurse. i'd argue it needs a nerf!

Id say scrap blood favor and make it something completely different, as i cant even think of a way to buff it without making it too oppressive, dragons grip just needs a cooldown change because as it stands, the cooldown can be up to 110 seconds, which just doesnt make it worth running

I believe the developers are being careful with how they change Hex: Blood Favor. It's a perk that disables the survivor's ability to defend themselves, while within its effective range. Vaults do help stall, but you have things like Entity Blockers and Bloodlust ruining all of that.
While I agree the perk needs some love, making a incorrect change will be devastating. If I'd change the perk, I would remove the cool-down and increase the duration to 16 seconds. As a bonus, each unique survivor hooked increases the duration by 2/3/4 seconds.

You’ve pretty much echoed my thoughts here, because I too can see why they’re hesitant about how they’d change it.

I'm out of the loop. What are the changes to Hex: Crowd Control?

They’re increasing the length of time vaults are blocked in the upcoming mid chapter

Preferably, just remove the cool-down and have the duration increase based on how many unique survivors you have hooked. Would be strong since you're blocking all pallets within 16 meters for 32 seconds with all unique survivors hooked.
However, it's not like the survivor's defenses aren't taken away until after they failed to prevent the initial hit. Even then, they can traverse 16 meters in less than 4 seconds with the speed boost. Upon all of that — it's a hex perk.
