Holy cow does Nemesis need a buff

The speed boost that survivors get from infection definitely needs to change. I've been watching some streams lately where very experienced teams of SWF will intentionally get infected as a means to give them a speed boost so that they can either escape a chase, or use it as a means to take the heat off of their teammates. For example they will intentionally run to a window knowing full well they'll get infected, and then use the speed boost to get the hell out of dodge.

The safety that infection rewards survivors is crazy strong.

    Yeah he’s trash.

Obviously you can hit every M2 like a robot and he’s good, but in a regular match? Meh. Leave him to the three health state enthusiasts. I will take a killer who’s power works consistently thank you.

This is why I refrain from hitting survivors as Nemmy and opt to only destroy pallets.

I prefer to use STBFL and only use my power to:

Get to Tier 2, Break Pallets/Walls instantly or only whip someone at a certified "I didn't know Nemmy could use his whip at this loop to hit me, im going to the forums to complain" loop and watch them be confused.

If you enjoy him its good to feel out when to use the whip and once you break enough safe pallets you are more likely to benifit from the whip.

hearing survivors use nemesis ability as a speed boost means something has to change for nemesis. The healthstates are load of crud considering you are wasting time trying to down a survivor with 3 hits too.

Yeah using it at windows and pallets is really the only safest way to land a hit, and plenty of players are able to take advantage of that.

Try doing the wraith strategy hit n run

Run Lethal Purser and infect as many people as possible to get to tier 2 but occasionally m1 if you can

M1 is definitely the safest way to land a hit, but unfortunately the safest way to land a hit with the tentacle is at windows and pallets, which unfortunately is also a big disadvantage.

Yeah hit and run worked very well during the tru vs oralce match. Now imagine doing it with a power that doesn’t even damage survivors. Lmao.

I would only play this garbage killer for the memes. Pyramid head is better in every way

I disagree I’ve hit so many people with tentacle and they were never at a pallet or window

Nooooo nemesis is fine. Its not because im getting chase while im injure and i dead hard to the zombie to get a speed boost because im in a dead zone that nemesis need a buff that just me using his ability against him.

But honestly he need a buff the infected status is useless i dont even know what the hindrace condition do i never saw the difference between that and a normal status

Nemesis is largely fine. If I could play him without freezing I'd put him somewhere around High B tier. With the current state of the game, I'd put him in mid C.

I don't think Nemesis really needs a whole lot. If the contamination speed boost effect were maybe half I think he'd be really good.

I had a match where Nemesis had the executioner's undetectable after damaging a gen perk and also used the addon that gives him undetectable after killing a zombie. I think I heard his terror radius once for about 4 seconds the entire match. I actually couldn't believe how long he was able to keep undetectable up. I think Nemesis is a pretty balanced killer though.

Here's how you buff Nemesis without breaking him:

Only give speedboosts when using your power if they're injured by it.

That way you'll have a faster cooldown attack if you can time it right with your power, but you aren't penalized for using it when infecting them first.

I agree. I have noticed more survivors during ecg running into zombies to get that infection speed boost to get to the gates safely. Or at least to people near the gates to body block.
