Legendary perks.
There should be a way to earn a temporary 5th perk slot or like a one time use of a 5th perk. I'm thinking killers could get something like a nerfed bbq and survivors could get a nerfed bt. Give them a lengthy cool down or something, but just a cool gambit, maybe it disables an add on or item slot.

Yeah, it'd just be special "entity" powers you could use on everyone, kinda like the blight event, but expanded into a system.

Hmm idk, there should definitely be test on adding additional perk slots, even if just for costume games, but I. The main idk how they would balance it

I've always thought there should be one innate perk slot as the 5th slot that could only be populated by one of that characters own perks. Would make the survivors actually different and shake things up. Probably a mess to balance though.
