THE FIRESTARTER(Tom Holling)
BACKSTORY
Tom and Amber were raised by their parents all there lives, being taught school comes before friends. One day, Tom was invited to a college party out in the woods one day and was responsible for bringing the drinks.
When he arrived, he was hoping to meet his crush and see where the night takes him. Trying to be an open free spirit, he drank and got loose. Learned to live for once and not focus on school. Realzing his crush didn't even show up, he drank more and more to drain the sadness.
Everyone at the party where intoxicated or knocked out. Tom being awake, walked by the bonfire. Seeing the beauty in the flame, upset that they contained it. Tom grabbed a stick and started to spread the flame onto the trees around. Trying to spread the beauty of the flame.
Everyone at the party were screaming, either from being burned by the flames or running in fear, everyone except Tom. He was joyful, happy. He enjoyed the fire growing more and more. A hunger that couldn't be filled.
He was left alone in the burning woods. The firefighters eventually arrived and fought the flames. The fire lasting 3 days. With many lost lives.
Most bodies were identified over time except Tom. He hasn't been seen since.

ABILITIES
•Trusted Lighter
-You have ability to set gens, pallets, and doors on fire.
The pallets and doors will burn to ash after 45 Seconds. Throwing a burning pallet down will destroy the pallet instantly.
Generators will explode if the fire isn't put out in 60 seconds. After exploding the gens will regress 20% instantly.
Survivors can put out these fires(10 Seconds.) If a survivor puts out a burning flame, the survivor will receive the SCORCHED effect. SCORCHED will add a 10% penalty to all actions. This effect will go away after 60 Seconds. This effect cannot be stacked.
PERKS
• When They Least Expect It
You thrive on unexpected attacks.
-When a survivor is put into the dying state, you become UNDETECTABLE for 10/15/20 Seconds.
-You receive a 3% Haste Bonus for 10/15/20 Seconds.
This perk has 60 Second Cooldown.
•Greed
You need to take anything you can find for survival.
-The first chest opened will have a 50%/75%/100% depleted charge item.
•Diminishing Light
When you have less survivors alive, you only become more hungry.
-For each dead survivor you receive a 8m/10m/12m increase to your Terror Radius and Aura Reading Abilities.
-Your Aura Reading Abilities is increased by 5m at the start of the trial.

AMBER HOLLING
BACKSTORY
Amber was born a few years after her brother Tom. Both being taught school comes before friends.
Amber never tried to go outside. She only her brother to play with when she was younger. One day Tom went to a party in the woods. Amber was not allowed to go for she was too young. So she studied. She eventually fell asleep and woke the next day.
After hearing about her brother Tom. Amber tried to investigate what happened that night. Convinced that her brother didn't mean to cause the fire. However, the reports all said Tom was seen setting the fire. They were all drunk she thought. Dismissing anything that would offend the good name of her brother and family.
Amber only being High School at the time, she studied a lot. Eventually making it to college and being the top of her class. She graduated with several degrees, all helping her solve the case behind her brother.
Amber received a letter saying, "The woods is where all the free spirit live on. Dead or Alive, you will find what you're looking for inside." No name signed, Amber was curious and figured that the best way to figure out what happened to her brother would be going to the place he went missing. 7 years later, Amber walks into the woods without notice to anyone. Never being seen again.
PERKS
•I Will Find You
For some reason the entity favors you over all.
-Once per trial, if a window, pallet, or gen is blocked by the entity. You can clear the entity from blocking it by pressing the active ability button.
-Recieve a 15%/20%/25% Bloodpoint Bonus for each generator you complete.
•Alone Never Again
Missing those closest can be traumatic.
-When you are 24m/28m/32m within another teammate, screams, grunts of pain, and bleeding will be reduced by 100%.
•Can't Lose Focus
When you stick to one thing, you are at your best.
-After compeleting an action(generator, totems, or healing,) this perk activates. You will receive a 10%/20%/30% bonus speed when repeat the same action. This perk deactivates if you start a different action.
Example...
Complete Gen=30% Gen Bonus
Cleanse Totem=30% Totem Bonus
Healing Action=30% Healing Bonus

OP Note: A killer that I think has some of the most interesting game play personally. Fixed grammatical issues while also fixing the numbers around a bit.

Just some feedback on this if you care
---Power---
Interesting power but a little vague. First making him able to destroy undropped pallets is way too strong. Players would immediatly start setting god pallets on fire. The only way to counteract this would be to make things on fire shown to all survivors via aura but still that may not work. Also How long does it take to set things on fire and how do you do it. Also if im correct then dbd's overlay only shows one prompt at once unless its a secondary action. So how would you make "throw down burning pallet" and "put it out" display at the same time. Another thing is why does putting out a flame make you gain the SCORCHED effect but throwing down a burning pallet not.
---Killer Perks---
When they least expect it: Seems unhealthy for the game and will only encourage slugging
Greed: Make it the first time someone opens a chest since you can't calculate once per trial.
Diminishing Light: Seems weak. At best you gain 18 meters to your terror radius and aura reading abilites since game ends once all 4 survivors are dead. But also with 3 dead the last will just be looking for hatch so it wont help much. so realistically you will only get 12 meters to terror radius and aura reading abilites on average to get use out of this perk. Seem like it needs a buff or rework
---Survivor Perks---
I will find you: How do you clear it and how long will it take. Also again seems underpowered since most things that the killer blocks will tell them you cleared it(Corrupt, thrilling, etc) or will just come back again very soon(Crowd control, bamboozle, etc). Another things is it cant tier up which is a problem
Alone never again: Seems good I have no problem with it.
Can't lose focus: Seems ok since this can help with group healing and also wont be too bad for gen rushing since it requires a gen to be done first.
Chapter seems fine just would need some tweaks. Sorry if I seemed rude throughout this

You didn't come of rude, and feedback will always be appreciated. I will answer the questions to best I can and let me know if I leave anything still unanswered.
POWER
I was on the fence about effecting upright pallets, but if the killer has the ability to set upright pallets on fire, it gives him a option for loops, he doesn't really have much around them, besides delaying the game. Open to making it more of an Ultre Rare however. I WILL ADD COOLDOWNS in a edit when you read this. Interacting with anything on fire gives the scorched effect, it can't be stacked at all and the timer pauses for a few seconds and doesn't reset if you interact with something on fire. Sound queues would the main source of noticing if something is on fire as well the lighting in the area being a decent range. You be able to tell if something is on fire unless far across the map. If you have windows of opp, the object would appear Orange as well, buffing the perk a lil in a way.
