How often do new rifts come out?

I'm wondering if I should blow my auric cells I earned from the current rift on a new cosmetic or save them for when the next rift opens. If the next one doesn't open for a month or more I'd just as well use the auric cells on something else in the meantime.

If I recall correctly from previous rifts, the next rift should open about two weeks after the current one ends.

I believe it should come out as soon as the next mid-chapter comes out. A day after the mid-chapter releases. Probably going to release in 2-3 weeks.
