Skins are all provided by the license holder i doubt behavior has any control over it. Its something capcom has to provide

The short answer: Probably
The long answer: As some others have pointed out, it's all 100% up to Capcom on which character gets skins or not and they've made it VERY clear that they want the Nemesis from the RE3 remake to be the look that most modern people are able to connect with. That said though, I can't really see too much skin variety when it comes to old tentacle lad. I WOULD however gladly take a classic Nemesis skin and a heavily mutated skin as well.

i would love him to get one!
but sadly, thats not up to BHVR.
all BHVR can do is come up with concepts and then hope the RE license holders approve of them (as is the case with Pyramid Head)

I would love mr x as a skin but I doubt it would happen just because he doesnt have the tentacle power like nemesis. Were more likely to see original nemesis skin

Only two ideas come to mind, Classic Nemesis and RE Damaged Nemesis (with his suit in pieces and his body mutating)

I think we could see Battle damaged Nemesis, Mr. X, original RE3 Nemesis design, and perhaps another variation from other games

i believe he got the Corrupted skin set very early on.
but i dont think its as simple as with PH with Nemesis.
we could run into another Michael Myers problem here where the license holders dont want anything changed on a certain part of the Killers appearance (for MM that was the mask), which would make it much harder for BHVR to get the allowance for new skins.

I really want him to get an ultra Rare Dimitrescu skin, and the tentacle strike is her claw winding up but going further. Zombies can be her daughters wandering the map too.
