No way out bugged or misleading text.
Noticed no way outs text got updated but it still doesn't work on hatch closure.
Edit:it has a similar condition to noed that the gates need to be powered which is why you get noed effect on hatch closure but no way out doesn't actually block the gate.

Okay so compare it to noeds text when the exit gates are powered you get a speed boost. NOED still applies on hatch closure because the hatch closing powers the exit gates. No way out has that same condition but doesnt block the exit gates.

When you activate doors by closing the hatch, it doesnt work.

I believe they mean the text states, "when the exit gates are powered" but in reality the perk only takes effect when all of the generators have been repaired. Must've been a mistake.

OK, I see what you are referring to now. I am not sure of the answer to this - will try to find out.

OK I do have an answer...it should work as stated "when the exit gates are powered" - so like NOED, it does not need the generators to have been completed.
