So I'm still semi new
What are the rules when a killer wiggles his body to get you to wiggle off, are you not supposed to run to the other survivor if it's just two of you left?
Had a 3 man swf call me names and toxic, cause I thought the killer was letting myself and the other survivor go since he was having me wiggle off and we only had one gen left, so I went to go pick her up so we could finish the gen but she DC'd as I was going over to her,
Before running in her direction, I stood next to the killer waiting for him to just slug me again, but he nodded his head so I assumed that was the go ahead?
Anyway they said they were all reporting me for working with the killer even though that wasn't what I was trying to do. After she d'c'd he let me go through the hatch. Did I do something wrong here?

No, the other survivors are just #########. Farming is allowed (I think) but teaming (where you deliberately lead the killer to survivors and whatnot) isnt.

If the killer decides he likes you, and decides he really doesn't like the other ones, then.. well, not really much you can do.
I've had multiple occasions where i'm just waiting for that one ######### to die so I can give the innocent baby Dweet the hatch.

I don't think the other survivors were bad at all, they were just very rude afterwards and taking their frustrations out on me I guess. I just don't want to get in trouble/banned if like the killer gives me the go ahead and then that gives them the power to report me even though I assumed things were all good.
There's no real *survivor/killer guide to the galaxy* handbook, I know people get heated over all sorts of things, which generally are silly and just a big part of the game as far as I'm aware. I just don't know if what I did would actually be considered "working with the killer" even though that wasn't my intentions, I was slugged and just scooting around looking for hatch when he came and picked me up right before I bled out to let me wiggle free.

No, that's not working with the killer, so you're okay.
As @AetherBytes said: it's only working with the killer if you're deliberately leading the killer to other survivors to slaughter; blocking survivor escape routes so it's easier for the killer to down them.
If anything, it appears the killer was wanting both of you to escape (although you never can tell, and I always expect to be backstabbed because some players enjoy that, whilst others are open in their intentions).
Nothing should happen to you, because even if the footage was shown to the people who make the decisions, all they'd see is a killer picking you up, letting you wriggle free and allowing you to rescue another. The fact they dc'd early works in your favour as there is no evidence the killer was gonna kill them. Now, if they waited and the killer attacked, ot would be slightly less clear, but even then there's nothing conclusive.

That’s weird she DC’d. If the killer wanted her dead, wouldn’t he have just picked her up and place her on hook? If you left her to bleed out on the ground she would have DC’d anyway and still be mad at you. You can’t win with some people smh. Literally and figuratively.
