Undo the Billy rework as a whole. It flopped. Nobody likes it. Roll it back.

I like some of the addon reworks though, they feel pretty nice. But, yeah. The overheat is way too punishing, they gotta dial it back a bit

Not only does it sound really dumb, it's a way of easily telling which direction Billy is coming from, and the radius for hearing the scream is pretty big. So it also hinders him as well as being extremely annoying to listen to.
Man they really do design things to be frustrating for the player and I still have no idea why they continue to do this

The design team is crushing it, but you just can't win 'em all. It would be nice to have it removed and to dial back the overheat mechanic, like DwarvenTavern said. I understand the reason for it and don't mind that at all, but it is a bit...overheated.

I honestly never heard Billy's scream because it's incredibly drowned out by the chainsaw and it only plays for a bit, not the whole duration

I genuinely like it but I can see where people are coming from when it gives Billy a disadvantage.

Yea, I understand that, it's just nice because it just feels like he has a little bit more individuality/uniqueness with it.

Bring back old billy but just change his charge add ons. Ezpz no need for a whole rework that everyone hated. Used to be a billy main but his loud unnecessary screaming got me to quit.

BHVR has not enough balls to admit it is bad and to revert it back. I wish they would just hade his addons not stack with each other! Which BTW should be the case for everything in the game so balancing stuff could be more easy.
