Why is the Coldwind Thompson House so rare to get

So it's super rare for me to get the Thompson house version in Coldwind farm in solo queue so I wanted to test out how rare it is. Well, I gave up after 20 offerings. Why is it so hard to get that house? I really want to play on that map more.

Compared to the visuals of the barn or slaughterhouse you can get, I find Thompson House to be much more interesting. I kind of wish they would just get rid of the barn, that place is just boring to me.
