Nerf and Buff Killers
Okey you can buff and nerf one killer. You will nerf who and you will buff who? And why? Lets start!
I will buff Myers because he is my old main. I really love him design but he is so weak. I wanna make him strong again, so he can survive on high ranks.
I will nerf Spirit. She is one of the unhealthy part of this game. Even Stridor nerf will not fix her. So i would nerf her (adding counterplays) and she will be okey.

Buff? Myers or Trapper. I believe they're both outdated compared to the rest of the cast.
Nerf? I don't know. I don't think it's as simple as nerfing Nurse, as one wrong change could make her the weakest killer in the game. I think the only thing to do is completely rework her.

Buff - Trapper. He needs 2 traps basekit and some way to hide laying traps from SWF. Not sure what that would look like, or if the alternative would be to give trapper a mild speed boost in chase.
Nerf - Bubba. His ability to eat through BT and outrun SB. Adjust either one of those so that saves against camping bubba aren't impossible. I'm fine with him downing multiple survs that make dumb decision. However, his ability to camp and defend a 3 gen is a bit much.

Buff - Myers. Only slightly, though. I would just give him his multi-stalk back.
Nerf - Spirit. Give her at least some counterplay.
And rework Freddy! This is more important than any buffs or nerfs!

Buff — Clown. Purple gas lingers for 45 seconds, Yellow gas activates immediately and gives a bigger speed boost. Survivors only get 50% of the bonus.
Nerf — Ghostface. Survivors pointing at him within 24 meters automatically breaks his stealth. Entering chase breaks his stealth after 3 seconds.

I'd buff Pig and nerf Spirit.
Pig needs more. Her kit is supposed to be Wraith, but she slows down the game instead of speeding herself up. Instead, she wastes her own time and has a power that's countered by predropping pallets.
Spirit is Spirit. I think she's too easy and too excruciating to face. It's not fun to get "outplayed" when the killer is designed to give you absolutely no information to work with at all whilst having everything she could possibly need bar Wallhacks and no-clipping.

Buff trapper, the OG killer needs some love
Nerf Deathslinger, he needs a wind up kinda like huntress so theres at least some counterplay

Buff Ghostface by making the person who revealed you have their phone ring for a few seconds. Heck, you don't even need to allow the killer to hear it, I just want to annoy whoever was staring at me.
Nerf Nurse. She walks too fast. It puts my crouch walking as Ghostface to shame. She should be slow to allow survivors to have a chance, clearly.

Buff Trapper
I would NOT change his base kit traps. It would just lead to severe lack of counterplay at specific tiles. All I would change, is that he can refill his traps at lockers. This would prevent him from walking to a corner of the map he has no interest in ever being in. A 2 second locker search I’d take over a 35 minute walk of shame anyday.
Nerf Doctor
Ok…hear me out. No, I do not believe the Doctor is OP, but neither would I call him weak. Solid B tier killer IMO. I only suggest nerfing him, because he’s the only killer in the game whose power does too many things.
-Prevent pallet drops/vaults
-Prevent window vaults
-Forcefully interrupt totems, heals, unhooks, gen repairs, chest loots, exit gate actions
-Godly tracking VS stealth
-Prevents the use of one’s items (T3 only)
-Has a free built-in Deerstalker perk (T3 only).
Just tone some of it down a bit.

Buff: Clown - Separate his bottle count! It would introduce a new playstyle with only using antidotes for mobility (I personally wouldn't use this playstyle, but it would be interesting!), and only using tonics in chases. For my Clown playstyle, it would make it less stressful to deal with reloading mid-chase.
Nerf: Spirit - I don't think I need to answer this one. Okay fine, just show glimpses of her while she phases to give her a form of counterplay, and lock the grunts of pain and breathing sounds to 50% so that Stridor and IW don't affect it during phasing. The second one would technically be a buff, but a nerf at the same time.
