Is Ace Visconti's perks any good?
Just wondered if any of his perks worth unlocking? I mean I am a completionist so eventually I want them.

Maybe Open Handed good for Information builds.
Bond, or Kindred combination with Open handed not bad.
Up the Ante one of the worst perk.
Ace in the Hole only in item build but even then too much of meme

I use open handed with bond to see my teammates not doing anything and hiding on the corners of the map.
Ace in the hole when I want to farm items paired with plunder's and appraisal.

I rarely use his perks but I do recommend unlocking his perk Ace in the hole. I tried it for once today and I immediately just found a purple key in the chest

So only competitive perk is Open Handed. Which I could see for Aura builds. Up the Ante is garbage and should be deleted or changed. And Ace in the hole is just good for farming items? Got it.

Correct

Open Handed is his best perk. This with Bond or Visionary is phenomenal.
Up The Ante can be fun for self unhook builds with Slippery Meat and Luck Offerings.
Ace In The Hole is probably best used when you take in an item with really good add ons you’d really like to keep.

Open Handed is pretty good. Ace In The Hole is fun and has some uses. Up The Ante is terrible unless you're in a SWF with Slippery Meat and a bunch of luck buffs.
It's kinda funny how many people think they're all bad, though. I guess some peoe just like their perks to play the game for them.

I’d like to add that Up The Ante gets a bad rap, but seemingly so many forget that Up The Ante stacks.
If you can get into a team all happy to equip Up The Ante, and all use Salty Lip offerings, everybody then gets a 72% chance to self unhook.
This may not sound that significant with Deliverance as an alternative perk, but here are 2 important points.
1) you might get hooked before you get the opportunity to activate Deliverance.
2) If everybody is aware they have an exceptionally good chance of unhooking themselves, and everybody manages to achieve this first hook, this skyrockets efficiency tremendously. Not having someone in the team running to the aid of someone on their first hook speeds up gen repair progress. This is of course up to 4 times per match. This doesn’t even take into account if Slippery Meat is used to raise Luck even more. Up The Ante on its own may be risky, but the more Luck that’s stacked with itself, the more powerful Luck becomes from an efficiency stand point.
