How long are your play sessions?

I only play for 1-2 hours at a time, I need to take this game in short bursts or I get too stressed/tilted to play efficiently. Stressed if I'm killer, tilted if I'm survivor.

Does anyone relate to this feeling? Or are you able to maintain a level head after 3+ hours of play?

Eh it depends on how the games have been going and how badly burnt out I am. If I start off the play session with a couple good games I can easily go for 5, 6 hours. If it starts off badly I'm lucky to make it to 2.

During the first lockdown I was playing, like, upwards of 10-12 hours daily no matter what. Bad times :')

I definitely couldn't go for that long now unless I'm challenging myself but pacing it properly, like "Hey do a 10 hour total play session just take a break every 2 hours"

Depends on the role. If i play survivor its 10-20 games average and killer its only 3-4 games average since its too stressfull for me.

It varies. When I record matches or stream, I can play up to 5-6 hours at a time. The longest I played for was a 14 hour run (in an attempt to do a 24-hour playthrough) -- I was pretty exhausted of the game by that point (though I was right back at it a day or two later). I played about 9 hours tonight, almost all survivor, grinding through BP to level up/prestige different survivors.

I went almost 7 hours yesterday, the last two and a half or so as killer. By the time I was done, I had a headache, it was such an unpleasant run of matches. There's definitely days it can feel like a chore to play, but thankfully, the fun outweighs those feelings more often than not.

It really depends on many things, primarily my mood, but since the event I have been playing 3-4 hours a day

If my games are good then I play a couple hours but if the games are bad I'll take a break or leave it.

2 hours, which equals 10 survivor games or 4 killer games based on the queue times.

Reminds me of me. Playing far to long with the occasional break xD.

Sometimes it's so extreme that I go for a walk outside.

2 killer and 2 or 3 survivor games. More than that and the game feels like a chore instead of a relaxing time.

I can play survivor for several hours, killer is almost impossible to play more than 3-5 games.

But during week I play max 2h a day after work, then Im too tired to focus anymore. During weekends it can be 5 or more hours, with many breaks of course

The "race against the clock" aspect of playing killer definitely makes it a lot more mentally taxing than survivor

I could go for hours as survivor with friends, even if I die most games.

1-2 hours tops as killer, it's just too stressful/requires too much focus, to keep up for lengths at a time. You can't slip up for a second otherwise you give survivors another minute of chase and then the game is lost.

Yea I can play survivor and chill all the time, killer has no time to chill from the start to end

I'm able to maintain a level head after 3+ hours of play, yes.

Not as long as they used to be. I would say 2-3 hours, or maybe less.

4-5 Survivor games, about the same for killer though lately with queues for killer 2-3 more like.

3 matches as killers since my queues are horrible, it's about 1 to 2 hours in total. Who would think EU queues in the afternoon are this bad even with Cross-play and during an event in the Summer...I've waited 17 mins for 1 queue few days ago and got genrushed on a 5 cake game, super fun...

Now that PS4 DBD is a joke, usually just 30 minutes to 1 hour. Sometimes I play nothing.

It used to be 3~4 hours when I started playing in 2019 until the end of 2020. Now even before the RE chapter I gradually reduced to 1~2 hours. This game has just been letdown on top of letdown lately.

Depends on day/mood. Usually an hour maybe 1.5 hours on weekend. I do try to do at least 1 killer/1 sutbivor match when I play to get shards.

But I feel the event kind of burned me out. Other day I decided to play Splatoon 2 and Pac Man 99 instead. Last night I wanted to watch Demon Slayer Mugen Train instead. Idk if I feel like playing today either but I do want to try to get to 1M BP before event (10 killer matches with cakes)

Probably 2-3 hours at a time is my limit most days.

I'm having a hard time reconciling the fact that I want to P3 all the characters, yet I also want all the perks available to me, but I don't want to waste bloodpoints doing level 50 bloodwebs on p1 characters to have the perks while they wait to be prestiged..
