I would love it if you gave shock therapy a cooldown as you see way to many doctors out there spamming it so the survivors can't do anything. This is very unfair. WHO'S WITH ME?

    As a new console player and a new Doctor main, no. He's only a good and strategic killer when you know how to use his powers in conjunction to one another, and adding ANY cooldown to Shock Therapy would completely destroy every current manner of learning this. An absolute no from me. We need to buff most killers, not weaken them...

    Doc's arguably the most balanced killer in the game at the moment, or he's at least somewhere near there. Nerfing him by extending his cooldown off Shocks would completely gut him.
