Is this reportable? (Pride related)
I don't know why some people have the energy to go out of their way to say these stuff, but I want to know if this is warrant enough to be reported directly to the support team since it is related to the pride charm.
There's a chance this person may be trolling, but they were being rude throughout the match and these messages are related to the charm so would it be enough to break BHVR's terms regarding their safety policy for the charm? I just want to make sure before I waste anyone's time from the support team.

How are people messaging you on discord from in-game matches? Are you guys on a certain server together, coincidentally? I stay out of DBD servers mainly cause of toxic people like that. And yes, that's def reportable.

That is 100% reportable. Report them on whatever platform these messages were sent on, BHVR cannot and will not do anything about it because it didn't happen in-game so reporting it to them is a waste of time, unless there is recorded evidence of them somehow being homophobic in-game that can be supported with these screenshots.
Edit: for example, hardcore tunneling, camping and kebabing followed by these messages.

Sorry for you having to experience this dude. As others have mentioned, report it to Xbox. I do believe Xbox even let you know when they take action on one of your reports.

If that's console messaging you have to report it to the respective platform. Bhvr polices only its chat system.

I've removed the messages due to the slurs.
You need to report them on your respective platform (from the looks of it, that's Xbox, so report them there), as the team does not handle things happening outside of Dead by Daylight. If it had happened in the end-game chat in the game, then yes, this would be bannable, but as it did not, the platform you're using is responsible for it.
