why is quentin so hated by most people
pharmacy is just a better self care vigil is a great swf perk that can clutch a lot of times and wake up is a mid teir perk nice for solo ques also after the facial rework he does not look half bad

This is the first I am hearing of people hating Quentin. His face was a meme, sure. But I never really perceived that as hate.

He looks like a junkie hobgoblin. When you're a killer you often feel like you're killing people, when facing Quentin you feel like you're ending a gremlins suffering and the suffering of those who have to look at him.

I’d hardly say any of his perks are even acknowledgeable when compared to the rest of the available perks. Pharmacy is okay, but the others in my opinion are borderline useless. I am a Quentin main btw

I think Pharmacy is an incredibly underrated perk. I would only change it to allow rummaging an open chest for a green med-kit without Appraisal. Vigil isn't a very good perk though, and while Wake Up! is very situational, it can be very powerful during the endgame.
I liked Quentin in the movie but I despised his appearance in DBD. Now that they fixed him, I can respect him even more.

Pharmacy really is a great alternative to self-care.
Wake-Up is pretty powerful and can often mean the difference between getting out alive or not but it's a perk that will only see use at the very end of the game.
For awhile I ran a late-game build with Spine Chill, Wake Up, Hope. No Killer was beating me in the 1v1 with powered gates. lol

I think Vigil would be better if it affected the Broken and Exposed status effects (this won't and should not affect Myers and GF because their Exposed status effects don't have their timer shown to the survivors). Also I'd increase it to 25%, since 20% takes 8 seconds out of the 40 second Exhausted timer, I think -10 seconds would be a nice buff.
It's definitely a unique perk but I think it deserves buffs, considering it was technically nerfed when the Mangled status effect on add-ons became permanent until fully healed.

How is Pharmacy a better Self-heal?
It’s one time use and you gotta find a chest and hope it’s not already looted.. bringing a med-kit into the trial is better than Pharmacy.

This has been my observation as well, though I wouldn’t say “hated” as such I have seen he’s memed a lot and generally is seen as the worst survivor.. I can only imagine the reason is a mix between how ugly his facial animation was and his (mostly) useless perks.
