Would Off The Record be overpowered if.....

You increased the time from 80 seconds to 100 seconds? it seems like this is the best way to buff the perk but i don' t know if that would make it overpowered or not. What do you think?

No. The perk needs some love. It’s a pretty decent anti tunnel perk. You can combine it with:
lucky break, self preservation, & baby sitter(works better with swf).
