Now here, we need to discuss how to buff them without making them OVERPOWERING as Hell.
My main suggestion is reduce their base Terror Radius. Seriously, they're TEENAGERS. Why can you hear them walking up from what seems like a mile away. It also seriously hinders them, since they SHOULD have the element of surprise with their power, but they don't.
Another is to reduce the cooldown, but not so much that it's too much for Survivors to handle.
Actually make mend dangerous to deal with, it gets dealt with way too fast.
Increase the base duration of their Frenzy. By the time you hit someone and try going to someone else, you realize that they are still going to be too far away even at full replenishment. This is why they are so easily looped. Don't make Deep Wound go down in a chase though, that would just encourage tunneling way too much.
Increase the speed even more. Right now, even though they are sprinting right at you, they still struggle to catch up.
    And, finally... MAKE EXPOSED WORK!!!!!!
Those are my suggestions, but that's just me playing them for 3 hours and only getting two 4ks and practically nothing every other game. Right now he is weak, but I find him fun. He just needs that map pressure so badly.

Hitting someone with the attack of the legion shouldnt automatically get them to deep wound state, they should still get injured 1 time and then go into deep wound state.

The legion should be normal speed and have a 16-24 meter terror radius, the deep wound should still kill, when getting chased.

With this changes, the frenzy should stop after hitting 1 player, when no player is in reach.
