And didn't use his power once. Just ran around as a 110 killer.

Point being because I can kill noobs doesn't mean he is fine...

    Why not? Viable is viable regardless of rank/skill.  Doesnt need to be balanced at the top 1%. They can get the 4k. And you did it with no power too dude! (This is 100% serious, no sarcasm)

    Just saying they can be not top tier and still be used. You just proved that.

    Balance a game towards newbie and from below to top is just bad
