Springtrap
While the hype for Springtrap being in Dead By Daylight died a while ago, I still wanted to share my ideas for a potential Fnaf based chapter

As someone who really does want to see Springtrap added if just on the uniqueness alone, fantastic work you put into this, keep up the good work. I just hope for your sake this place doesn't become a warzone seeing how there's some things here I HIGHLY disagree with but, I'll just leave it at that. Hope that you continue on with any possible future concepts for chapters as it's always a breath of fresh air from the usual negligible arguments on these forums. :)

There was never any real hype, just a few individuals (usually with new accounts, like your own) making threads from time to time and everyone else shooting them down.

My issue is that we never actually see in the games what springtrap can do. in the games he just moves a little bit and jump scares...

Because that's what the games are like. There's artificial tension via a ticking clock and jumpscares instead of horror. They're basically timed puzzle games with jumpscares as "You lost" screens.

So how would they translate minimal info like that into a full fledged killer?

How I personally did it was to combine multiple aspects of the game
Example : Shadow mode was based on a secret mini game in Fnaf 3 where you would play as a purple, glitchy Bonnie that could glitch through walls. Combine that with Springtrap's constant escaping deadly situations and you get a fun power

And the Phantoms are almost the same as in the normal fnaf 3 game with the exception of Phantom Foxy as that wouldn't work in the game as it did in the original

Hey, even though ultimately we're probably going to end up disagreeing on the topic, that's fine, any excuse I get to show off this groups work though I'll take it. These people have been knocking it out of the park with their chapter concepts and I'm proud to have them as part of the community. Anyways, enough rambling on, hope you like some aspects of it even though you don't like the actual subject matter. :)

I'm going to be honestly honest, the idea is good but I wouldn't call it "Springtrap". It's still a good concept but I personally think it doesn't fit Springtrap
