What do the obsessive do when using STBFL Perk as a doctor?

I think STBFL is very good for the doctor. But I don't use it because it seems too bad when the obsession keeps hitting me. Is there any way to respond?

    If you are really committed to stbfl stacks you just completely ignore the obsession until the end of the game. If the obsession get's in your way you can still hit it, since stbfl is strong with 6 stacks as well

    STBFL is my favorite chase perk. You just have to ignore the obsession as much as possible to get the most out of it. At least you can take comfort in knowing that it doesn't work like dying light and give a competitive edge to the obsession.

    Don't cling to the stacks, if the obsession is trying to get your attention for free, hit'em. STBFL is good on any M1 killer, but it allows doc to do interrupt unhooks and perform grabs consistently. Watch how Archdruid Drey uses it and you'll understand why it's so good on him.
