Lighting too bright - screenshots (Mcmillan estate)

After the update we got today, the lighting in maps for me is too bright. But especially in the Mcmillan maps you can see how badly this is. It's like there is bright light refleciting all over the map.
Is anyone else experience this ?

    engine changes fam, it helped freddy alot and you can finally see in the basement as freddy

    i know it's the engine change, i just want to know if other ppl have this same bright light experience. it's beyond ugly and its too bright.

    Actually it looks much, much better.
    Some maps are brighter some are darker.
    It's fine.

    Sounds like you need to look up the perfect spec combination for your monitor/TV.

    MacMilan Estate is brighter. It's okay I guess.

    Something occurred to me. With this patch AND servers, won't Huntress get a nerf? Since her hatchets on Console are very glitchy.

    Yeah it popped right in my head when the OP started talking about lights are bright.

    I'm glad i'm not the only one. I know these maps were dark before, it's not my settings or graphic card. It's just all the way too bright for these maps. I know the other maps have some issues too. Like the Freddy map what is going on in there... or the corn field looks so strange too

    I like the new lighting. At times, in certain spots it can be a bit bright, but I'm probably just not used to it. I found Badham to be quite dark overall.

    Overall I really like it.

    Yes. I noticed it the second I stepped foot into it.
    I had 2 matches at the Estate about an hour ago.

    Some maps do look a bit too bright, but the lightning is very nice. Autohaven is amazingly spooky now.

    Yes it is true that some maps do look better and spookier (autohaven) But you have to admit (unless u see otherwise) that all the Macmilland maps are oversatturated with bright white. It's much worse now and its very distracting to me.

    Can we call this nighttime? Cause i feel like normal rain days are darker than this.

    Weird, for me lightning is too dark.
    What could possibly solve this...... oh wait settings?
