The Entity usually gives their minions some form of power, so he could literally have any power.

the devs dont want real life killers to be accurately represented in their game- the Doctor is based upon one but not like a one to one represnetation (obviously). having an actual literal serial killer in the game kinda violates this rule rather drastically.
