To all spirit players, can you hear survivors footsteps while phasing?

Cause I can’t hear footsteps anymore since the latest update….Now I’m deaf and blind.

Is this a bug? Or we just can’t hear footsteps while phasing anymore?

If it’s a bug I hope the devs would fix it asap.
