Is there any good reason that the legion and victor can't see scratch marks?
Like seriously, it's even more ridiculous for the Legion. Considering they're already punished to a degree for using their power. Especially considering you have to eat a 4 second cooldown to get out of frenzy, and you can't see the basic tracking methods that survivors typically leave.
Now for victor, technically I can sort of see why. But still, the Twin's whole schtick is you're basically playing two killers. Yes he has blood tracking, but why deprive him of the scratch marks?
Imagine if you weren't able to see scratch marks during Blights rush.
for them to remove scratch marks for those killers feels just a little bullcrap. So as the title was asking, is there any GOOD reason that these two are lacking a fundamental part of tracking during their power usage? Or is it another arbitrary BHVR change that happened because someone got a wild hair?

This may come to a surprise but legion can see scratch marks...

I really don't understand why Victor can't see scratch marks.
It can be very difficult sometimes.
I'm a Twins main, and it's still hard to find healty survivors who run away and hide.

As far as I can remember during feral frenzy you can't. Unless they changed that sometime in the frame that they were released in.
Could've sworn I included the phrase, "during power usage."
Probably forgot to include that while writing it.

I've never not noticed them. Mainly because... You don't need them?
Killer instinct literally shoes you exactly where they are going.

If killer instinct is as good as you say it is. Then scratch marks shouldn't make a difference, so why NOT include them?
P.S. killer instinct is a worse form of aura reading. It shows you where they are, as of the second the web appears over them. It gives no indication of where they are going, other than where they were as of that second.

Dude you just activate it when you get up to someone and then you have perfect information of everyone in your terror radius and if using iridescent button then you have perfect info on everyone on the map what more could you want. No scratch marks makes you actually just have to use a brain cell before activating the first one to make sure you land the first hit.

Because his power is meant for injuring healthy survivors. If he could see scratch marks he could track people he's already hit and go after them easier.
Although it doesn't really matter that much because most legions will end their frenzy in their face and follow them. Its just there to give their power a little bit of a barrier so that there is some sort of drawback, even if it is minor.
Same with Victor. He can already see blood bright as hell. So it's fair to remove scratch marks to make his power not too strong. Otherwise he'd be able to chase people super easy both healthy and injured survivors. Where as at the moment he can chase survivors but it's only easier on Injured ones.
It's just about balancing strong powers

That’s almost certainly the point. Victor is fast, anti-loop, and has no terror radius and does not proc survivor perks to detect the killer. Stealth is the only thing that’s really strong against him and that’s only if the survivor is healthy.

Not when they’re using Feral Frenzey.
