Rift fragments during log-in event.

Have we been receiving the Rift fragments during the event? I've been logging on each day since July 27th and I have been seeing messages for the 50K BP awards but I haven't seen messages for the Rift fragments. I can't tell if we got them because I haven't been tracking my current Rift fragments. I logged on today and didn't see a Rift fragment message again although we supposedly received them today, August 2nd.
Can anyone confirm?

I haven't been getting the notification, but I have twice now logged in to see I've gained a new tier in the rift, so I would assume we have gotten them, they just haven't given us a pop up.
