The delay on the anniversary merch

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone else has received any info about their anniversary t-shirt.
I've sent them multiple emails and each time (like the trapper mask delay) they send me back that it should be coming in the following week..

    It’s been six months. I still haven’t gotten anything.

    Same here, sadly. I sent them an email not long after I made this post asking for a refund- no reply yet from that either.

    Contacted the store handlers on the 12th and got a message back the next day saying, "They should reach our storage within the next week."
    now it's the 9th, still no shirt, and got a "we will look into it" email.

    The waiting game is fun and all, but at least give an ETA on when the shirts will be shipped out.

    Wow, it seems like they're really good with their lies. I got a reply on my email about wanting a refund yesterday.
    The guy told me that 'apparently' my order shipped right after I sent that email (such a coincidence !!!). I didn't even got a confirmation that it shipped or anything.
    It's just so goddamn annoying, I just want my money back so I don't have to deal with Game Legends anymore.

    Good to be not the only one f*ed over by the merch store :)
    Paid on Nov 11th (2 yr anniv tshirt and bloodletting tshirt) with a discounted delivery at 10 eur. Btw i was sure it would be sent by DHL or UPS. In fact it was sent by normal post.. Anyways, waited for some time and started sending emails, got a couple of replies with promises. The overall waiting period was about 3 weeks and nothing happened. After that i simply called their office 3 or 4 times and finally today they told me my order was shipped last Friday, gave me the tracking number and it really tracks my stuff. Still in Germany though lol.

    After this awful experience i can reposnsibly say that this store is being run by fake Germans 'cos real Germans always have everything in ordnung!!. Jokes aside, i also asked for a refund in one of my salty emails, my request was just ignored.

    I live in Russia and we here are used to be treated like low level people by russian online stores but this was something special.. :)

    Damn..
    I've been waiting since early June, I never had any problems when I bought any other stuff from them, I wonder what happened that made it this bad. Yeah I'm pretty sure it's on the website that states they send their packages with DHL. At least you finally got your tracking number tho, so that's good. :)

    Early June dude did you try calling them? It's totally unacceptable. Their actual stock does not match their webite, so it's possible their warehouse has your stuff but website shows it does not and that's why your order is still pending and until you call them it won't change. Try it.

    Finally got a tracking number this week. Took them a while but looks like the merch is finally on it's way~
