Where is my Hex: Ruin?

Hi! Over 6 months ago I obtained Ruin from the shrine, and have not gotten it in a single bloodweb, not even Hag's bloodweb. Is it a bug, is Ruin just more rare than other perks? Anything to help is appreciated

    How many teachables do you have? If you have a lot and haven’t collected them Hex: Ruin may be in the blood web, but another perk line needs to be grabbed first, at least that’s what happened when I got overcharge.

    This also applies to the hags web, the more perks you have to get the harder to find other perks will be.

    To check if you have it but its glitched go into the character info

    and go to hags page in the character info you should see a small subsection with hags teachables, you should be able to see character info even if you don't have the characters unlocked just by navigating with the arrows on the left and right side

    if they have a checkmark that means they are unlocked and should appear in bloodwebs, if its checked and not appearing in """maxed""" (quotes added for visibility) bloodwebs you should file a support ticket and they will help you otherwise you might just be a bit unlucky with getting it in bloodwebs and maxing out the character should guarantee you get it, and if its not checked then you do not have the perk unlocked

    @bjorksnas I checked Hag and I indeed do have it unlocked. On Ghostface for example, I only have about 3 more perks to unlock on him including Ruin and still am not getting it. Should I file a ticket?

    I would wait on filing a ticket until you know for sure you have all other perks unlocked on him (bloodweb offers no perks of any kind or tier) and then if it still hasn't shown up or doesn't show up then file a support ticket

    @Th0ughtless what do you mean by perk line, I only have to get Third Seal on Hag cause I got the other 2 of her perks. Can you elaborate?

    Before filing that ticket, my recommendation just unlock and get every single perk on GF it'll force Ruin to come out sooner or later since there'll be nothing left. Once you get to a blood web with not a single perk the then fill out the support ticket.

    I've also had similar problems myself having every perk available, but I'm having to dump massive amounts of and multiple pages of perks of BPs just to get tier 1 of the one perk I want like BBQ. >.>

    If you grab a tier 1 version of a perk, the game increases the chance of you getting its tier 2 and 3 version. I think that's what they are referring to. Maybe just wondering if you have a cluttered perk list and the game is trying to cap those out before giving you ruin.
