Is there anything you do against the massive cheaters
Hello Guys....
is there anything you do?
I can play Killer.... i can play survivor. There are so many hardcore cheaters.
Obvious cheats or cheats like "little bit mor movementspeed". More Genspeed..... never ending toolboxes.
Best cheat of the day..... Ghostface, who throws hatches all over the map and ports in the basement....
Is there anything coming against the cheats?
Sadly no fun to play....
I hope there will be a positive response

those are the ones I fear the most, we all know the flying ghostface machinegunning hatchets, but what if there are some players that just make their character 10% faster, or just 5%, small things that are hard to really pinpoint but that will give you wins.
What if they hack an always on Fire Up? small help, hard to detect, but any benefit is a benefit.

Go afk. If you're a survivor not much you can do & if you're a killer then outplaying them to win against them is honestly too much of a hassle. They'll eventually get bored & leave

First DC of the day can sometimes go without consequence. You can also expedite the GG process by pulling yourself off the hook. Kinda sucks if you move tho, really funny actually.

In my opinion this is gamebreaking.
At the moment i really have 1 of 10 matches without a cheater....
You can detect higher movementspeed, cause the character moves like a Dug....
But i dont want to record each game i play in dbd. I dont want to checkout the gen speed each round...
There is more time i have to spend in reports than in playing. So i stopped reporting. It feels like nothing change.... :(

The only way to spot them is have a friend run the same spot in KYF and see if your friend is way further behind them. The thing is though most will speedhack when losing LOS so they can maybe get an extra few steps each LOS blocker and you will almost never catch up. If they're in the open though and somehow faster than the killer or you don't gain any distance on them just running in a straight line they're cheating.

Get compromising footage, upload it and make a report at the post-match chat, or use BHVR website to submit a request with all of those details.

I had gen speed hackers in my game one night.... I bled them out. You hack in my game and I'm able to slug, you're bleeding out and or getting face camped. And I don't do either often.

I know this bug. But i had cheaters, which cant be slugged, cause they perma stood up. Self healing....
Dont know how this is possible, but it is :(

If you think you versed a hacker, please record your match, report in game and open a ticket on the Support website, giving all the required information.

Thats the big problem. At the moment there are so many cheaters, that i have to invest more time in reporting than in playing the game...

Oh I rarely go against cheaters, not trying to invalidate your experience though, I just have yet to be railed by a Ghostface Huntress.

When people think they play against hackers or cheaters all day they usualy cant admit that they play worse then others!
Btw If you dont know every perk effect you could missunderstand this as cheating.
And I am sorry but hearing:

No normal human could tell the difference between slightly different speeds on all those things or monitor the toolboxes uses when you clearly dont know when a toolbox is used. To me it sounds you are a bad loser who searches for an excuse for his loses (not meant to insult you of course, just a figure of speach).

I saw one person who wanted to report someone because they had legacy prestige and a private profile. It's no wonder reports take time to go through when people report for such reasons.

You need to record all your match when you play in case you go against a cheater. In my opinion this is a huge waste of time XD

I have nearly 4k hours in dbd. I know every Single perk. I know every Single chapter and i play since 2017.
So i would say i have a lot of knowledge.
Maybe im bad. Maybe im to dumb.
I know how long a gen needs to be finished.
Well if i sit on a gen with 1 survivor and the genspeed is like 4 ppl on a gen with prov.... and you call this normal, yeah true then im to dumb and then i have 0 idea of perks.
This discussion was based on a objective way.
Youre answer isnt objective. If you need to say words like "not meant to insult you of course, just a figure of speach" then you know what you said. Maybe think of it earlier.
So please takje it objective. This is not about someones playstyle.
