TLOU DLC when?
Ellie & Joel would fit perfectly in DBD, and would be good enough to cover for the fact that there probably wouldn’t be a killer. There’s a variety of skins they could easily use for both, so we can avoid the usual only 1 or 2 cosmetics for licensed characters. They certainly should be considered more than a certain other video game franchise being talked about right now.
Also, it would be great to add in one of the most iconic queer characters in horror, as the genre has always had gay influences (look at ANOES 2 for an example) so it feels wrong not to acknowledge that with representation for that.
They could probably have some really cool perks too, as there would be a lot to draw on from the game. I bet they could adapt listen mode for one.

Don’t think so, Aloy was in fortnite on all platforms, probably just an exclusive skin on PlayStation

Horizon Zero Dawn is now a multiplatform game and has been for a bit over a year. Both TLOU games have remained PlayStation exclusive.

Two different companies own Horizon Zero Dawn and The Last of US
Horizon is owned by Guerilla games
And The Last of US is owned by Naughty Dog which is owned by Sony
Same chance as Fatal Frame getting in, So not likely

That would be really cool. To be fair though, because TLOU is playstation exclusive i don't think many people would buy it.

For a killer, they could go with a Bloater or even the rat king.

I would absolutely love anything TLOU related. I feel like a clicker could make for an extremely unique killer too, if done right. First person echo-location, making the main counterplay stealth and making it a monster in chase once it finds someone. Done right, I feel like it would be a breath of fresh air when most of the new killers coming in have copy/pasted elements from other earlier killers and the playstyle against all of them is pretty much the same
If they couldn't make a clicker work though, it'd probably be better off as a paragraph for the survivors. A bloater might translate into a more standard DBD killer more easily, but that wouldn't be as iconic and would probably end up being ... not great

Who would the killer be? A clicker would be cool, but also devoid of personality, kinda like just having a zombie for the RE killer.

Sorry had some bad info thought Guerrilla was like Sucker Punch Productions who struck out on their own a few times.
Turns out Sony most likely put Horizon out on the PC because they could sell a three year old game at full price on a new SKU and tease what the PS5 could do (as they added more graphic options).
Doesn't make it anymore likely that TLOU gets in as Sony seems to be just as protective of their IPs as Nintendo (Why Fatal Frame is a pipe dream in my opinion) unless Sony changes their stances on their IPs on other rival consoles I wouldn't get your hopes up.
You're better off bugging Microsoft as they are willing to have their franchises on other consoles would be interesting to see an Alan Wake paragraph or a Stalker chapter or whatever else is apart of the Microsoft homunculus.
Psst... if I were BHVR I would look at the other Third party studios like:
Sega (Condemned, House of the Dead)
Rockstar (Manhunt)
Capcom again (Dead Rising, DMC)
Square Enix (Parasite Eve)
THQ Nordic (Alone in the Dark)
or figuratively raid the indies and look at games like: Outlast, Amnesia, FNAF, Metro, or hell even something like Postal would fit right in,

Jokes aside, yeah most likely because of being a sony exclusive, and well the problem with HZD is that they did made it for all platforms so it is easier to make Aloy skins for every platform.
