2000 + ping cheater and how some people think they can get it right.
Had a game on haddonfield agains a trapper, where a no mither bill suddunly turned on 2000+ PING and had a killer hook him after he stand still for a 3 gens ... that was bad... what worse - other survivors tried to unhook him and did that and it worked, so another 5 min infron of the hook was done
This time it was basement of myers house and i stood in front door blocking other survivor from resque. Trapper saw that and stood on the other side blocking the other side...
Let's not tell how salty 2000+ Ping bill was at the end game chat. Other survivors was defending bill and that all he had is BAD PING and that could happen to anyone... yeah... right...
Trapper had NOED so he killed the other 2 survivors and they deseve it. My point? Don't save people on hook when they have "Bad Ping"

Don't do that. If the other survivors recorded the game, they could report you for teaming.
And no, the fact that Bill was hacking won't save you, because they might have not caught that on tape.
Next time record and report, but don't break the rules yourself.

you know that 2000+ ping don't necessarily mean hacking?
It can be simply shoddy internet, even if you are for example in the US. because big provider companies rather spent money they got from the government to make sure everyone has fast, stable internet on big mansions for themselves.

As i said - he did't had a 2000+ ping... only when he was downed. But i gues somone need to show them self as a good man and play a hero. GJ mate

The description in the OP is 100% a hack. I've encountered it multiple times, as I have players with unstable connections who weren't cheating.

dude... i had ping spikes myself when downed or hooked and I wouldn't even know how to hack that or what for

It still doesnt change the fact that you ALSO risked getting banned right next to any hackers by breaking the rules.

You don’t understand, people like this aren’t playing with a normal level of bad ping that makes the game lag a bit, they throttle their connection to a ridiculous point and only when being hooked so that the killer is stuck in the hooking animation for long periods of time. The difference is plainly obvious in game.
