You get to include any licensed killer you want, but...
...they have to be a legendary skin for an already existing killer. Who do you pick and why?
For me, it's Jacket from Hotline Miami as a legendary set for the Trickster. Both are neon-themed bat-wielding combo-focused knife-throwing serial killers who specialise in fast kills, rapid movement/dexterity and executions. They even have similar music theming, and their animations sync up fairly well.
The only thing they'd have to do is remove Trickster's voice lines, and maybe replace the combo score events with the actual combo HUD rewards from Hotline Miami in a corner of the screen, if they want to go all the way. Aside from that, it's basically a perfect fit and my dream cosmetic.

There was a mod for it, but Foxy from Five Night's at Freddy's 1 just works too well on The Hillbilly. Maybe replace the chainsaw with just using his hook arm. The hammer works suprisingly fine. Maybe they could replace that with a "IT'S ME" sign instead though.

I know devs said no skins for Victor, but have Charlotte as a big scary marionette carrying all kind of kids toys and have Victor have a legendary skin as classic Chucky ^^

Clown as the Joker (preferably the Arkham model) and his pink afterpiece tonic as the green joker venom. Just imagine everytime you would normally hear clown's laugh you hear Mark Hamill's laugh instead.

Can you imagine stunning Jacket in dbd and you just hear a recorder scratch and a voice say "Run."
For me, I want the Grunt from Amnesia as a legendary skin for no one.... I hate to say it, but there isn't any character who has a playstyle that would fit the Grunt

The Buckners from Cabin in the Woods. Nemesis and his zombies become the Buckners - Nemesis can be papa Buckner and two zombies can be daughter and son. OR Deathslinger is papa Buckner and instead of gun just throws bear trap on chain at survivors and drags them in with that.

I honestly think Amnesia could have its own chapter, but not the Grunt. The Grunt is just a basic enemy without any supernatural or extraordinary abilities, it'd be like having a Licker as the Resident Evil killer or something.
In my opinion, it should be a semi-new creation by BHVR - Alexander from the Dark Descent crossed with the Shadow, as is implied happens at the end of the game, to make a kind of fleshy mutant alien version of Alexander. This is talked about in Rebirth, also. Give him some powers related to spawning the Shadow flesh on objects and pathways like spiderwebs that hinder or injure survivors. Could be an interesting concept.

Either Birkin or Lisa Trevor for Blight, I think both could work really well.
Also, because my brain is obsessed with it, here's some SOMA ones as well:
Terry Akers for Demo. I think the upside-down has some resemblance to the mind coral in Theta, but I have no idea how licensing that would even work.
Flesher for Nurse. Pretty much all fleshers can do is teleport, and so can nurse. Would def need new animations though.
Robot Girl for Doctor. She kinda already has a bunch of electronics and WAU whatever-the-hell jammed into her, and she screams a lot. That's pretty much it lol.
Jin Yoshida for Slinger. This is by far the biggest stretch, but what I like to imagine is that instead of the speargun, the projectile is the tentacle that comes out of his head. That creates a myriad of issues and requires a lot of work but god it'd be cool. Maybe it'd work for Nemmy too, but then there's still licensing and all.
Construct for Blight. They're both hunched over and spout weird noises, which is good enough in my eyes.

I'd be down for that! That would be insane. But, I mean.. the demo kinda exists. But, you do have a point. I just wish Alexander would be able to create hallucinations that can be harmful, like the Grunts. It would be absolutely insane

Sarah Ravencroft for Nurse. Scooby-Doo inclusion and it fits fairly well; floating woman, Nurse already have similarly styled dress skins, Sarah's magic. Get it on BHVR.

Jack Baker as a skin for The Trapper.
Trapper and Jack have surprisingly similar postures, and Jack was an avid hunter, so him using bear traps isn't that wild of an idea. It'd be cool if they replaced Trapper's grunts and stuff, and also gave Jack some voice lines to say. But knowing Behavior, they'd probably be too lazy to do that. I mean, just look at the Crypt TV skins.
