Is it just me who can't find any detail at all about what the powers are for The Cenobite or what the box does? I thought it was going to be covered in the patch notes.

PTB notes detail misc. Issues that were fixed with Cenobite. It sounds like chains could damage over time (maybe like Plague?) But they can be taken off by solving the box (Pig's Jigsaw Box), but then Cenobite can teleport to said boxes (Like Freddy). That's my understanding reading PTB notes but want to see official description and perk data
