how can i report a player directly to someone that will actually do something about it ??
so perhaps someone can guide me through this and tell me how can i report this hacker to someone that will actually get something done here.
if im reporting this is because i care for this community and the game, might as well as the developers and community manager would do the same for us , the players that actually are trying to play this game FAIRLY.
edit: i took pictures of the player, hacking in game.

Choose the "Additional player report information" option. But as a fair warning, I reported two cheaters 10 days ago and I have still got no reply. Support seem to be very busy at the moment.

Contact the support team and file a ticket, best to have video evidence as proof of the hacker cheating. W/O video evidence they can't do much. Even with proof they will not respond about any actions taken.
I've never filed a support ticket myself so idk where exactly to file it.

i had no time to take a video, i did took pictures though clearly hacking in it, theres 2 KILLERS AT THE SAME TIME, and one is actually flying.

We do not take personal reports, you need to report them in the game and then send additional video evidence to support here: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000942011
You can still try to fill out a ticket with the information you got.
