HD SSD on consoles

Everyone know about performance issues on consoles, freezing, lag, drop fps when use exausthion perks, hook, unhook, certain perks, using power and other. So, recently BHVR told us cause of these problems are HDD issues So, anyone know if i use a portable SSD on Ps4 my problems will be solved?

I use an SSD and can confirm that frame drops and lag spikes still occur

Ok, but, you can confirm if perfomance with SSD is better than HDD, or still same?

I have an ssd on my ps4, my son still has the hdd. He gets spikes when hit with nemesis' whip, or when there the butcher perk gets used. I rarely get them, when I do, it's just enough to notice, but hasn't caused me to lose chases, or get hit unreasonably.
