Hey!

I'm asking in the Discussion section and not bug subforum because I've seen many people report it there but no answers so far, maybe people don't frequent that place if not to report something.

So, I was just starting a match as killer, (Clown, don't know if it matters) and got abruptly disconnected from the server. Internet was working fine, and it doesn't look like it's Steam this time. Does anyone know if anything can be done to prevent this from happening? (Or at least what is it that causes it? I have zero idea about anything related to PC)

I just got a 5 min DC penalty (I got DCd recently when I forgot Tuesday's maintenance because I'm dumb lol), I'm kinda worried it will keep getting worse if I try again. I remember I had this problem once but waaaaay before, probably last year when I started playing but I thought it was something that got fixed because it hasn't happened since then.

    I got that error today - I'd played most of a match (as killer) when it happened and I felt really bad for the Survivors cos they were playing a really great game and had just completed the last gen (to the 4 survivors who were making a pretty clean getaway from the Wraith in Hawkin's lab - sorry!)

    Turned out my internet actually had died though, so I'm not certain it is a DBD issue. Just seems like the connection is pretty sensitive at times!
