QQ: Victor & The Exit

Here's something i don't know that i'm wondering about now.

  • If a Survivor has Victor on them, can they escape?
  • If yes: What happens to Victor?

    A Survivor cannot adopt Victor, since his birth certificate has been lost to the ages.

    For real though, the gate will simply become blocked and you'll be stuck until you get him off.

    The gate is also blocked for a moment if Charlotte downs the survivor with Victor attached to allow for pick-up.

    Victor cannot be pulled out of the Exit Gates, though he can be dragged through a Hatch without issue.

    The Survivor is blocked from escaoing until they remove Victor, and if Charlotte downs them instead, the Gate remains blocked for a few seconds afterword.

    PS: A Survicor escaping via the Hatch respawns Victor as usual.

    • Exit Gate Escape Blocker Linger duration: 5 seconds
      • This refers to how long a Survivor continues to be unable to leave through the Exit Gate after removing Victor.

    I assume even if they could leave, it would work the same way if a survivor held onto them in game and you'd eventually get the option to recall him.
