Whats the point?

What is the point of testing the new stuff in the PTB?? When people post bugs even i have, then the new chapter comes out to live, WITH the bugs that people have reported on! They NEVER got fixed during the testing of it... SUCH as the skating affecting survivors, sound bugs, lighting bugs ect. that was in the PTB. You figure there would be patches after patches for fixes in the PTB. BUT NOPE... WHY push it out with bugs?? FIX them while it's in testing.. FFS... THAT'S what the testing server is for DEV's COME ON.
