Since you all don't really care much for this new killer. Let's talk about the killer coming in the summer which has been dropped as being the Oldest killer in the game lore wise.
Now I'm thinking a Miner 49er or a pirate. We could just take it a step further and have it be a cultist.

It's actually coming spring, not summer. Based on all the clues we've been given thus far I expect either a doctor jykell/Hyde or Jack the Ripper type killer.

If it's going off of oldest it'd have to be around Benedict Bakers time or even before that and we already have a Dr type killer. We have Shape for Jack the Ripper type and Nurse is Victorian era and everyone else is more recent.
My guess would be someone from a region we've yet to see so far say Africa like a witch doctor or even a mummy.

I think Baker assumed he landed in the 1800's after he went to realm. That's why his entries change date.

It's a continuity error, but it's explainable by the Entity's realm not having a linear temporal progression, which would confuse any normal humans.

Without liscenced killers, there's soo many horror tropes that are still "missing".
A (undead) pirate sounds super awesome, so does a Mummy. And honestly, I think we need a Vampire or Werewolf at some point. Vampire is probably easier to do visually.

I really do hope its a mummy. I'd love some type of Egyptian catacombs or tombs. And if were going with the theme of making survivors connected to killers again (like Adam teaching in Japan and Jeff being from Ormond) then the next survivor could be an archaeologist.
