Gideon Meat Packing Plant issues?
So, I got the DLC to be able to use the map plus the characters... From what I understood the map offerings were supposed to be nearly a guarantee? If not then "tremendously increase the chance" for the map... However, I did a map offering and someone else did but it still did not send us there.
Is there something wrong with the map that we can't access it? Is it just one of those things that's random? It is upsetting because that is the only map I haven't played and I have been playing almost 3 weeks... Nothing.
I read that they can turn off maps and whatnot because of bugs and such until they fixed it, but I just wanted to know what was going on with it or see if anyone knew what was up! :) Thanks in advance!

I believe it’s still disabled. Also the maps don’t come with the DLCs, they come with the base game.

It is disabled right now... Surprised they have offerings activated. Now that you mention it, someone used a noose and I was so upset it sent us to Haddonfield, but that map is disabled too. Dang...

It's frustrating that the map is still disabled. It would be nice if there was some kind of notice that remained up, in the game, at ALL times (or if they just gave you back the offering when you tried to play it). I love The Game, and I MISS The Game (as both sides) and I've been tired of getting various combinations of Coldwind, Macmillan and Crotus all week. So I ran the Gideon offering and went to Macmillan instead, lost the offering, no explanation given. That's kind of lame.
That said, I guess it's ultimately on me. Live and learn. Either way thank you guys for confirming this, I've asked about it a couple of times since I lost the offering and no one answered. I haven't seen The Game, Dead Dawg or Hawkins in forever (the last of which I obviously have limited time with).

My game updated, but it still allows the offerings for the disabled map. I wish they would say WHEN they would come back...

It is very frustrating! I am definitely tired of the same ones. Very RARELY do we get to Ormond or the Swamp. It is usually what you stated. It sucks they don't give you the offerings back.. It is annoying..

No i mean they can disable the map without an update but they cant disable offerings.

To be fair I HAVE gotten more Ormonds than usual lately, which isn't really all that great for me because I don't like the map all that much. Haven't seen much of the Swamp though (which, I admit, I also don't like lol).
I wouldn't feel as much of a need for offerings if the map rotation was a lot more balanced than it currently is. It seems like I'll go two weeks without seeing one and then get it fifteen times a day when no one else is.
