This game is fine but why am I getting bored?

Why am I slowly losing interest? The annoying hellraiser memes? The toxic community? Bored of the same gameplay? Anyone else feeling any of these things or am I just getting bored from playing too much in the past? I don't intend this to be a leave post either lol I still love the game itself.

I'm bored because of stale meta. And the devs are either too chicken or too lazy to change it. No innovation.

It's sooooo bad lol but yea I agree I been playing a lot of different games. Just saddens me because this game is cool.

    DbD can be very repetitive.

I like doing the challenges, that's what keeps me busy in the game. Without those to work on, I feel... listless. Directionless.

A new mode or something would be nice. A new mechanic. We get new killers, and while they make things a little different for a short amount of time, nothing really changes.

It could be burnout. I get that a lot if I let myself grind too much. Taking a break can help.

Console still broken, stale meta and no build diversity, ongoing epidemic of killers that aren't fun to go against in chase but still can't win the 4v1, broken maps, devs ignoring the veteran community as long as they get paid...you name it

The Hellraiser memes have me all fired up. I can't wait to learn the porcupine. I am actually thinking about prefarming a few hundred bloodpoints from the tome so I can level 50 him before I even try him.

But yeah, anyways, probably burn out. I recommend a break.

I'm bored but moreso frustrated. I've put a lot of money into this game over the four years I've been playing and it runs worse now than it did when I started despite them saying they were going to focus on console optimization 2.5 years ago.

Also, the repetitive nature of each match is growing very stale and I'm finding myself playing less and less because of it...

It all just feels pointless when so many of the matches aren't even fun anymore.

Because if you do anything often enough, you'll get bored of it. Taking breaks isn't just healthy, it's necessary to maintain interest.
