It could be, I guess, but he is really decent at finding survivors. I find them perkless with Wraith easier than I do with full information builds on other killers. So, you know, Wraith with information perks is going to result in finding survivors with relative ease.

He probably just used his purple and iridiscent "all seeing" addons

I currently main Wraith (whenever I play killer, I'm more of a surv main actually) and if you have basic killer skills (as in intuition where survs may be and if you listen to any audio clues they may give) and you run All seeing spirit purple add-on and/or pink add-on, then it gets easier to know where survs are. But going up against higher rank survs, they won't be found as easily (won't be in obvious locations) and will do gens while a chase is going on, so as to not waste any time. I only find the purple all seeing spirit add-on to be useful against newer survs that don't have a strat going into the match or solo queue survivors sometimes. I actually don't like running the pink all seeing add-on, as seeing gens get done just stresses me out haha
I only run the purple all seeing add-on when I have a challenge that I want/need help with/want to complete as fast as possible (because I mainly play killer just to complete rift challenges), otherwise I run a swift wind add-on (the add-on to make you faster when cloaked) and the add-on to make you uncloak faster. Sometimes I run some other add-ons, like the bone clapper add-on or the add-on that makes your bell silent (when I'm in the mood to properly scare survs a bit for the laughs) or the add-on that gives aura blindness when hit. I rarely, if ever, use brown add-ons on Wraith.
And side note, I love the killer rift challenges that say e.g. "Hit a survivor with your weapon 25 times" or "down survs 25 times", cause I can just go into a match and not really worry about hooking people (that's not to say I won't hook them, it's just that I won't feel pressured to have to kill them and win the match), just go around chasing and hitting them, not caring if I win or not, because my goal is to complete my challenge, rather than winning the match. And that makes it a lot more fun for me and I think the survs as well.
To get back to your question OP (sorry for my tangent...), I think we'd need a bit more info to determine whether the killer could have been hacking, e.g. what level of surv are you and what were the levels of the other survs? What were the killer's add-on/perks?

i am sure ... hackers are still there ... otherwise whats kind of perk show him exactly where am i ... even if some of them camp .. ..

What loadout did they have? Read every perk and addon description after the game and if he has nothing for it, you can rule that out.
You could show gameplay, so we can tell you more. When did the wraith see you the last time, scratchmarks, crows, is a gen nearby?

Exactly, like I said, we'd need more info from OP to determine if the killer could've possibly been a hacker.
I run BBQ and bitter murmur and if I run the purple all seeing add-on as well, I know where you are most of the time unless you keep far away from me. BBQ lets you know where survs are when you hook someone (and if their auras aren't revealed it means they are close) and bitter murmur reveals auras to me when a gen gets done, so I can see in which direction they are running from the gen and that helps me intercept them when they're running to work on the next gen. With purple all seeing add-on, I can see survivor auras of those who are close to me when I'm cloaked, so that means I can see you even if you're hiding and I'm close to you. So if the killer OP mentioned ran these, they may not have been hacking, they may just have a lot of aura revealing perks/add-ons to help them know where survs are majority of the time. So we need to know what perks/add-ons this Wraith was running in order to determine whether or not it's plausible to suspect them of hacking.

As a killer I have seen an increase in survivors hacking. Speed hacks mostly at first and now I seem to be seeing an increase in survivors that are vanish suddenly.
Had one that even escaped from the match when only 4 generators had been done and all survivors were still alive. Only time I have ever seen that one. The same survivor had been speed hacking, Fortunately I caught that one on video. I record my games more often now because of this.

All seeing Blood addon
BBQ
Thats probably it.

Yeah, people really need to read the perks and addons of the killers before they run around calling hacks

Don't forget, even without tracking perks, the noise of certain survivors breathing can be pretty loud, same with sound of grass moving if you are crouch in grass and moving when the killer is nearby.
Also as stated before, with experience from both killer and survivor side, you get a feeling for how most survivors will behave.

After playing a long time, getting an idea where the Survivors have gone most likely becomes easy. "They finished this gen, they must be going here" "The most likely spot they will be hiding is here". Not to mention a lot of factors contribute to a Killer finding you; Scratch Marks, Crows, Footsteps, Breathing, Interactive Prefabs, Pools of Blood, Chests, Generators, Totems, Doors, Vaulting, Lockers.
I get that playing Survivor is easy for you because everything you have at your disposal comes up as bright colors, words, and tools on your screen, but good Killers are going to be experienced to notice even the finest details to find you, with the sense to know where you are most likely at different times in a trial.
Don't forget - Killer requires a lot more skill than Survivor.
