1) Exactly how much do these addons add/reduce my Terror?

2) If a Survivor is hearing a fake Terror through the Madness 2/3 effects... Does this OVERRIDE my actual Terror if I'm even closer?

  +/- 4, 6, and 8 meters from lowest to highest

  And I believe the true Terror Radius overides the fake one
