... And we are still waiting for the key rework. Now, I know that you are probably busy with other stuff (create new killers, survivors, perks and skins), but it seems almost that the key rework was a thing that BEhavior never wanted to do...

As we stated in the 5th year Anniversary live stream, the key rework will happen later this year (DbD year not 2021 specifically), it was explained along with the mori rework.

I'm not at liberty to share what stage it's at I'm afraid. All I can say is that when the changes are ready to be tested they will be put in a PTB.

they cannot really be nerfed any more than they are rn, also i dont really think instant killing or 1st hook killing are that balanced. that being said yes keys are very unfair and dont deserve to be in the game as they are.

Call me a conspiracy theorist lads, but usually when progress on something is in a "not at liberty to say" sorta stage, its close. Im hopeful it'll be soon. (soon in game development time lol) I have faith in what they are doing.

You sure about that? It will probably end in a "you need to get 11 hooks before you can mori the last survivor" or something like that.

i actually like the thematic ending mori's bring currently, it actually feels like a horror movie, which back in the day was the "vibe" they were going for.

They could change them to be standard instead of the third hook.
But they should remove the offerings. Since killers shouldn´t be forced to pay bloodpoints for that animation.
For their Ingame shop, they could offer different moris for every killer. So each person can choose between 3 or 4 different animations and select them like charms.

thats a solid idea, it would also get around the region locking mori's suffer currently due to certain area's not accepting "gory" animations. god knows many mori's could use a change for sure like the trapper's.

Honestly? I'd pay a buck or two for more mori animations for a final kill.
It's thematic of a horror game after all. The final kill before the credits must be something gruesome and horrifying.

Yes, i also would spend a couple of bucks for nice moris for my favorite killers.

I probably would as well in all honesty, I do love the mori animations a lot and would love to see them get used more.

They already said that when they announced that they would rework the key, they basically say that for anything at anytime

Keys and moris are removed.
Bully the killer some and gain a key that only you can use. The killer is able to mori survivors that have a key.

Yeah. That's part of why I've wanted the Yellow Mori to be base kit for a bit now. If I catch the last guy, just let me have some fun and murder them.
