Do you find games against any of the ranged killers annoying?
Just a simple poll to test community opinion. Discussion is welcome below. For reference, this post only constitutes Deathslinger, Huntress, and Trickster as "ranged" killers.

Mixture of both.
Huntress is fun to against. Deathslinger is meh to go against. Trickster is awful to go against. That’s my opinion.

I despise going against all ranged killers except huntress who I find quite fun to verse as long as there isn't severe latency on her hatchets

No, I enjoy chases/gameplay against them.
Assuming proper map RNG, having the tools to counter their ranged abilities is fun, to me at least.
Dodging Huntress hatchets with a quick crouch, or denying a down against Deathslinger with a pallet drop are satisfying.

Huntress is fun because she has good and interactive counterplay, since she has a windup time and is punished for misusing it. When you outplay a Huntress it feels good and fair, same as when she outplays you (disregarding laggy hatchet hitboxes).
When a Deathslinger misses a shot, I don't feel like I outplayed him, rather that I am alive solely because HE missed, not because of anything I did.
Trickster is awfully boring to verse, at short loops you are absolutely ######### and at high tiles he plays similar to Huntress. I also feel like when I escape a chase against Trickster, it's not because I did anything special, but rather he just missed too many knives.

I like versing Trickster, Huntress is meh and slinger i dont mind but if i get too many of them then i dont like him

Yes, i find them annoying/unfun to face.
I dont like to go against either of them that much. For different reasons. Overall, Trickster is the worst, it is just so hectic to get hit by Knives and the 1v1 can be oppressive if you are not in the right position. And there is not much skill involved on the side of the Trickster (unlike Deathslinger).
For Deathslinger, it is the lack of meaningful counterplay. You cannot react to a shot if he is close enough.
For Huntress, it is just the case of Latency. I used to enjoy going against Huntress, but since Dedicated Servers are active AND I play against a lot of Russians since then (because they connect to the same Server) and those like to play Huntress (she is a Russian Character, probably because of that), you get the strangest Hits, which make her really unfun to go against.
On the other side, I like to play Deathslinger and Huntress myself, Trickster not so much.

I hate huntress because of her hitboxes. Don't necessarily enjoy the other ones either.

Huntress is usually ok but the hitboxes are really iffy and sometimes unfair for both sides. Survivors can get hit around corners they clearly were around and Killers lose shots to wonky collision
Deathslinger is frustrating. Not OP or unbeatable just frustrating. Plain and simple.
Trickster is fine, no complaints from me.
Plague is perfectly fine and fun.
Pyramid Head is frustrating sometimes but, again - not unbeatable by any stretch.
Nemesis is...Weird. I really enjoy going against him, he's one of my favourites but I feel like his power is just weirdly inconsistant for both sides. IDK
IK you only said huntress/trick/deathslinger but I wanted to throw the other ranged killers in since a lot of the complaints and problems overlap if you ask me.

I think huntress is probably the most annoying, it sucks getting hit 5 feet away with a hatchet.

Huntress: Hitboxes are all over the place, sometimes you dodge something that you feel should've definitely damaged you; some other times you get BS hits. It evens out somehow, but I really hate playing against her in small maps cause you hear the Lullaby all the time. It gets on my nerves.
Deathslinger: He's okay, I feel like most hits are fair against him, and sometimes you can even get away without going down. Slinger can take you by surprise since his TR is kinda small, even more with Monitor, so there's little time to react unless you're using Spine Chill. But still, I think he's a somewhat enjoyable Killer to go against.
Trickster: Mixed feelings about this guy. He went from "completely useless" to "potentially broken in some aspects". Broken =/= Good killer, so more often that not, I let out a deep sigh when I know I'm going against him. Tricksters are a little more bearable when they don't facecamp and shower you with knives while you're getting unhooked. A few patches here and there and I'm sure I'd enjoy going against a Killer that's not either weak nor broken.

Huntress is pretty fun yeah, but with other killers its INCREDIBLY boring because the counterplay is to just play extremely safe and hope they miss. Puts me to sleep. Especially Deathslinger who can just zone you for free by spamming his ADS.

I'm not gonna lie... I find Huntress and Deathslinger REALLY fun to play against. (Mostly because I spend the entire time panicking that I end up getting lucky in my chases and make them miss a lot. If you don't know what your doing, neither does the killer I guess.)
However trickster? Don't hate him but he's meh to me to loop.

I hate going up against Huntress simply because I'm not afraid to admit I'm terrible at looping her and also sometimes hitboxes make me want to throw my computer into my nearby pool.
Deathslingers are the most fun to go up against in my opinion when I'm playing normally.
I say that because if we're talking just purely based off experience and not normal gameplay it's obvious Trickster is the most fun for me. But I always simp and drop my item for them as soon as I hear the lullaby and 95% of the time they understand the joke of my name and they'll be nice to me. But in like the 2 games where a Trickster hasn't been nice to me he's still fun to go up against because I understand how he works since I main him so I know exactly where to take him — it's intriguing to get the other side's experience.
