Adding a 5th Perk to the loadout
It seems that with the total amount of perks available now and with all that will be added in 2019 it would only be reasonable to add that extra perk slot in the loadout, am I right? For Killer and Survivor. I know it would mess up that nice diamond pattern, but being able to play an extra perk could possibly add a new dynamic to the game.

yeah and adding this will result in loads of perk nerfs to make up for it

Maybe so, but the addition of new perks allows for that balance. For example, perks causing exhaustion aren’t useful together. Adding a new side effect could balance things out a bit.

Nope, 4 perks are enough for both sides4

Yeah, they should add another hook stage too! So a survivors takes 4 hooks to die, I mean killers are op right?😏

While I'm always wanting "jus that last one" to fit into a build loadout (because I'm greedy, Oi!) just asking for trouble with 5 Perks...things are fine as is for the number of slots0

I think it would be better to improve how perks appear on the Blood Web.
At the moment, only 1 perk shows up for the early webs, and then 2 later on.
I’d rather it be 3 perks the whole way through.
This way, even with the ever increasing amount of perks, it’s still relatively easy to get what you want.0 -

I wouldn’t mind seeing 3 perks in the web when you hit lvl 50, but at early levels, that might be a bit much.

Dead by Daylight is a huge grind regardless.1 -
Compared to some other games I’ve played, like WoW, Hearthsone, or Destiny, the grind in DbD is pie.

But that doesn’t mean it can’t or shouldn’t be improved in the U.S.

They should do something about the bloodweb and the tiers of the perks. It's very expensive and long to max-out the one character.

To add more uniqueness to survivors and killers, I've suggested before that everyone has a free teachable perk at rank 3 that only that specific character can raise to rank 6. Check out the details here:

For Killers, yes. With the recent addition of the Survivor perk Breakdown (it may not see much use now, but once more Survivors realize just how powerful it is then it'll be on a lot more perk builds) , Killers basically have only two free perk slots now. Ruin (to slow the game down just a little bit) and Hangman's Trick (so you can have hooks to put Survivors on) are going to be almost baseline for a lot of Killers. So yeah, adding a fifth or maybe even a sixth perk slot to them would be fine.
I'm not so sure about Survivors receiving extra perk slots though because none of their perks can be baseline, unlike Killers. They can run any perk they want and not really have to worry about anything.

It’s very similar from the Survivor side in terms of baseline perks. If you want to have the best chance to stay alive Self Care and Urban Evasion are, in my opinion, a must have.
I’m more or less thinking about this time next year or two years when there are 12-24 additional perks to play from new content.0 -
I don't think so because then I would be OP with Freddy by running Remember Me, Blood Warden, Fire Up, No one escapes death and Rancor. This build is pure evil sometimes especially with some of the purple add-ons. I rarely run it though because I like to finish my matches before all the gens are powered.
